Archery at your Venue

Outdoor Elements operates two fully mobile archery ranges that can be set up at your venue, indoors or outdoors. A safe archery range requires a minimum space of 10 metres by 10 metres, making it a flexible option for schools, colleges, universities and community events.

We offer two delivery formats depending on your group size and the type of experience you want:

Option 1: “Have‑a‑Go” Archery (High Throughput)

Ideal for large numbers of participants.

This format introduces participants to the equipment and provides basic coaching to help them hit the target. Each person typically needs around six arrows to get used to the technique, followed by nine arrows for scoring. We record the best three arrows as their final score.

• Duration per person: approx. 10 minutes
• Instructor ratio: 1 instructor for up to 6 participants shooting across 3 targets
• Capacity: up to 36 participants per hour
• Example throughput: up to 144 participants in a 4‑hour session

This option is perfect for events where you want as many people as possible to experience archery.

Option 2: Longer Archery Sessions (Skill Development)

Designed for smaller groups who want a deeper, more engaging experience.

A structured 1‑hour session allows participants to learn basic technique, build confidence and start hitting the target consistently. We also include fun archery‑based games and a mini competition to showcase archery as a sport.

• Group size: up to 12 participants with one instructor
• Daily capacity: four 1‑hour sessions = 48 participants per day

This option provides a richer, more immersive archery experience with time for coaching, practice and friendly competition.
